Itinerary
Day 1: Greet your personal Galapagos Naturalist Guide at Baltra airport, and travel to the Santa Cruz highlands to observe giant tortoises up close. Then visit the Charles Darwin Station in Puerto Ayora.
Day 2: Visit one the Uninhabited Islands of Galapagos: Bartolomé, Santa Fé, South Plazas or North Seymour Island.
Day 3: Take a 3km early morning walk to Tortuga Bay, and enjoy breakfast on a beautiful beach surrounded by marine iguanas and Galapagos pelicans.
Day 4: Travel to Isabela Island and discover the laid back feel of the most wildlife rich island of the Galapagos.
Day 5: Hike to Minas de Azufre, the Sulfur Mines of Sierra Negra Volcano. Explore inside the caldera with green plumes of sulfur.
Day 6: Today snorkel in Los Tuneles, the most popular and marine-life rich snorkeling location in Isabela.
Day 7: Depart Isabela and travel to San Cristóbal. Walk up Tijeretas Hill, known its nesting colony of frigate birds and snorkel in the bay at the base.
Day 8: Take 360 San Cristóbal Day Tour, visiting the beautiful beaches, Bahía Rosa Blanca, Bahía Sardina, Punta Pitt and the emblematic Kicker rock.
Day 9: Visit the Interpretation Center and Frigate Bird Hill, walking through an incense tree forest that leads to Darwin Bay, the arrival place of Charles Darwin in Galapagos. Then bid farewell to Galapagos as you board flights home.
