Plan your charter

We use these answers to come back with real options, not a generic reply.

Your group

Your trip

Galápagos itineraries are set by the National Park, so dates matter. A rough window is fine, and we'll confirm what's actually open.
This helps us plan where and how we meet you when you arrive in Ecuador.

About you

Leave this blank if you're happy to keep things by email. If you fill it in, we'll send you a few times that work.
By sending this, you're starting a conversation. There's no cost, no obligation, and we'll never put you on a marketing list.

Talk first

Or skip ahead and book a call.

If you’d rather talk before you write, just say so. Tell us roughly when you’re free and we’ll come back with a few times that work, usually the same day. The call runs 30 minutes, it costs nothing, and there’s no pitch at the end of it.

A few questions

Before you send

What happens after I send this?2026-07-22T08:15:17-06:00

Carly reads it within the day and replies personally. The reply will usually include two or three vessel and date options based on what you’ve told us, plus a link to book a video call if you’d like to talk it through. If your dates are tight, we’ll say so. If we’d suggest a different week, we’ll tell you why.

Is there any cost to inquire?2026-07-22T08:15:54-06:00

No. There’s no cost to send this form, no cost to book a call, and no cost to receive a quote. We only invoice once you’ve confirmed a charter and we’ve sent you a written agreement.

What’s the deposit timeline?2026-07-22T08:20:18-06:00

For most operators we can place a soft hold on a yacht while you make your decision. To confirm the booking, the deposit is 50%, with the balance due 60 days before sailing. We walk you through it on the call so there are no surprises.

Why don’t you show prices on the site?2026-07-22T08:21:18-06:00

Because the operator’s rack rate isn’t what you’d actually be paying. Every Nautica Blu charter includes a hand-picked second senior naturalist, a dedicated photographer and videographer, your Galápagos flights, a contingency for the unexpected, and any mainland Ecuador days you’d like to add. We’d rather build the quote around your trip than publish a number that doesn’t reflect what you’re getting.

Can we charter for fewer than sixteen guests?2026-07-22T08:21:51-06:00

Yes. The whole yacht charter price is the same whether you bring six guests or sixteen, because you’re hiring the vessel, not buying seats. Smaller groups simply have more of the boat to themselves.

Can you change the itinerary?2026-07-22T08:22:56-06:00

Not inside the islands, and neither can anyone else. Routes and dates are set by the Galápagos National Park and every operator has to follow them. What we do change is everything around that: which vessel you’re on, which departure and route best matches what you want to see, who guides you, and how many days you add on the mainland at either end.

Still deciding?

Have a look at the fleet, or read what a week on a private charter actually looks like. Then come back and tell us about your group.
